Introduction
NASRO has established an 8-hour Comparative Compliance Course
designed specifically for those school based law enforcement officers
who have been through a minimum of a 40-hour
Basic School Resource Officer Course other than NASRO Basic Course.
Those candidates who desire to have NASRO Credit for a course other
than a NASRO Course may enroll and after successful completion,
attendees will be issued a certificate for a NASRO Comparative Compliance Basic SRO Course.
What does this mean for the attendee? As a graduate of the Comparative Compliance Course,
you would meet the NASRO Basic Course requirement when applying for status as a National
School Resource Officer Practitioner, meet a portion of
the NASRO Instructor requirements and have earned the status of holding
certification by the largest and most recognized training organization for
school based law enforcement officers.
This course will be held regionally across the nation.
Attendees will be required to bring a copy of their Basic Course certificate showing successful
completion from the training provider. Professional dress is required.
